Community? Bring back our in person meetings. I've seen more tearing down of community than building it. So many members lost their meeting. Digital meetings aren't the same.
Why are our meeting locations disappearing? We need the community, camaraderie , we help and learn with each h other. We become accountable. I have been a life time member for over 20yrs. When meetings closed due to Covid, and we all did virtual meetings, I gained 20 lbs, which is gone , thanks to in person meetings. Please keep our in person meetings
You don't need to be able any more. Now they say it isn't your fault. That means you can't change to remedy it. They are now espousing drugs and giving up on willpower.
What a smart, embracing the science, CEO WW was lucky enough to get in a time like this. I firmly believe she is leading the weight health revolution! It’s a spectrum and some NOT ALL need meds. Like like some need depression meds and some do not. Each person is different and thank you for letting go of the shame of obesity as a chronic disease for some, not all.
Taking away in-person workshops in my location has destroyed the community that had been so supportive and encouragement. It is impossible to drive 100 miles one way for a meeting. I tried several virtual meetings and have never felt a connection to the members. I have tried sharing and listening. It’s just not the same as sitting across a table or next to the same people week after week. I have been a Weight Watchers member since about 1987. I made Lifetime in 1989. WW has come a long way in their approach to weight health but some changes has helped some people and some changes have hurt some people. I have not been able to attend an in-person meeting since March, 2020, when our meetings were closed.
What a bunch of gobble gobble. Bring weight watcher back the way it was intended from the beginning and leave this other nonsense to the other plans that don’t work.
You don't have to get on Weight water. One word sugar it all comes down to that people ate too much of it that turns to fat. Sugar is our energy and that's why we had to breathe the oxygen in the air mixes with the sugar and makes energy for us carbohydrates convert into sugar I pancreas releases insulin so that Sugar goes in ourselves the iron gets the oxygen in ourselves almost any chemical reaction that makes energy needs oxygen and including us. It's why when you exercise you have to breathe harder and burn in more sugar. Just stop eating bread corn and pasta you'll lose weight fast. And we're all carbohydrates convert into sugar. While you're at it try not to eat anything with vegetable oil it'll stick in your cells for 3 months and eventually cause information. Try not to eat anything with high fructose corn syrup either they'll go right to your liver and cause fatty liver and they're putting in a lot of things now replacing it with sugar caps up and mayonnaise pops and drinks have it. Don't count calories count sugar.
