as someone who really likes teadon, garcia, and nergal i still hope they do something like a module system (from arknights) which can revamp a character's usefulness later in the games life for some resources. giving them new passives or stats.

I love Nungal! Even though my Beryl with focus wand + Chu Chu Chuuu spam basically gets the same job done with way less effort and set-up, Nungal just feels more satisfying with those juicy deadly aim shots while she’s sniper stanced atop an Edda box.
so i got cocoa, august, saffyriah, gloria+beryl on reroll, and Inanna when i missed the 50/50 on august banner. game is treating me good. might have to break f2p to support game soon.

I actually just pulled homa from the first 10 pull in the beginners banner, I had no idea she was gonna be good. I didn't want her, I wanted gloria but now seeing how she is potentially a character that can also make the game easier I'm super happy now.
I agree with the comment to have fun and follow your insticts. I am a Nungal enjoyer and have her on a hanged-man focused team along with Safiyyah and Nergal and some other supports like Innana, Candlelight or Col for aura, and I have no regrets.
I also wouldn't have pulled Simona if I was going pure meta slave and she's now one of my favorite characters. But I still agree they are right about her power level. So far Cocoa seems like the most OP unit in the game to me. She probably deserves her own tier
Acambe had a mixed reaction because they have him at 1 star instead of 3/5 + they don't have Inana + they don't have Cocoa + they don't have Cornucopia Staff. You need all that for Acambe to become a nuke.

Kid gacha's tier list has some errors tho. agatha should be in T1 not T2... Nonowill too. Col should be in T2 now that Estria is out(she's Col but better) Also, Beryl should no longer be in T0 at this stage of the game but in T1. her kit no longer offers anything unique enough for T0, Kvare and Tristan have both replaced her in many teams...
The only real content that people should be worried about META is the Tower of Adversity because that's really where it counts, and where you have stages actually made for one specific unit. other than that the discussion is rather pointless, since we don't have it yet. The rest of the content is rather easy so pulling only op units can even have a downside lol, Auguste + Safi can melt everything that's currently in the game alone.
Tierlists in general are horseshit. Most games does not have a centralized meta. Meta is only meta until something new is discovered. Especially Tierlists in tactic games. They are nothing but TL;DR for highlighting how obvious the unit's strength shines in game. Deepdiving into every character and you'll see that almost all of them are created equal for different situations bar some exceptions. It's very strange to see Dantalion at tier 2 when the bulk of Iria units we have are so viable in this game. I rarely see play with Acambe over choosing Dantalion and boosting Safiyyah instead. Nungal and Dantalion being in tier 2 tells you everything you need to know.
Tier lists are a disease when it comes to gaming. It takes away a player's individuality and ability to think for themselves- much like social media in general. You perpetuate this nonsense in nearly every video you post so this one is cute.
This tier list is rubbish but no, the good tier lists help you to understand what makes a character effective and what is necessary for them to shine and the best of them are safeguards against compulsive spending because you don't want to think.
With mutations being so prevalent, all characters have a place in the game.

I often times think that my Momo is stronger than my Beryl. Sure the push isn’t always useful but her shield helps her not get one shot.
