The Best Recipe to Use Up Leftover Rice

Spices:
• 1/2 inch pieces cinnamon
• 3 cloves
• 3 bay leaves
• 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
• Dry Red Chillies - 2-3
The rest of the ingredients:
• Cooked Rice (2-3 small bowls, see video for reference)
• 4 tablespoon cooking oil
• 1 cup onions, chopped
• 5-6 cloves garlic
• 1/2 inch piece ginger
• Salt to taste
• 3/4 teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon coriander powder
• 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
• Curry Leaves -5-6
• 3 tomatoes
• 1 tbs tomato puree (concentrate)
• 1-2 green chillies, slit
• Handful of Coriander leaves chopped
