Without being here it tough, if you know Thailand prices vary from day to day however there are some great deals with longterm rents and landlords are happy to negotiate with pricing (first time ever) as most of the bungalows are free. A lot of people left Patong around the time of the lockdowns and moved to places like Nai Harn and Rawai, reason being you could get a small villa with a pool for the same price as bungalow in Patong. The Nai Harn/Rawai area is going great and looks like it would in any normal low season as it's stacked with ex-pats.
If there is a beach more pristine and picturesque than that, anywhere in the world, I'd like to see it.
