Not necessarily punk but these are my five favourite warm up songs on bass (in order of difficulty) 1) Mr. Coffee - Lagwagon 2) Disorder - Joy Division 3) Gigantic - Pixies 4) Journey To The End Of East Bay - Rancid 5) Seeman - Rammstein
The left hand has always come easy to me for some reason. It's picking hand technique that I struggle with. And honestly, your picking hand is the more important hand, in my opinion.
Roger from Less Than Jake is incredibly underrated. He's not flashy like Matt Freeman, but the guy is incredibly creative, and does magic with the simplest chord progression, with no showing off.
It's a decent one for getting better with playing one finger per fret. It's pretty mid-tempo too, and the line itself is fairly simple, so it'd make for a good starter song!

500 Channels is one that will test your endurance. You can make it twice as hard and play without a pick like Alec used to.
I m trying to improve my pinky + my finger placement, Time bomb by Rancid might be a good song for me to practice that
