I am in my 19 and I adapted all of these instructions which you told in this video when I turned 18 😊 I understood the value of these earlier and just in this one year I have seen a great change in me not only me ,even my parents and relatives also have seen the change . I just went 1step back to all of my frds and I don't know ,now where they are . sometimes feel disappointed by watching others life but again get confidence to do hard work.😊
