This came from an album from 1969 by a Chicago band called Coven. The album was called Witchcraft Destroys Minds and Reaps Souls, released on Mercury. This was tagged at the end of the album. The album itself was basically psychedelic rock with occult themes and a wonderful female vocalist with Jinx Dawson.
