Again this is just my experience in North Carolina I'm sure other people might have different experiences
I’m from Ohio originally and I was like WTActualF when that plate came out!! I’m still pretty indignant over it. I have lived in Colorado for almost 20 years but I still get worked up over the plate when I see it. The only thing I can add for Colorado is that he has northern Colorado pretty perfect. Southern Colorado is a bit different.
