    Oh, Adrian, when I have to get up at 4:30 to do a movement class, this is EXACTLY what I need. This was high energy, easy to follow, and most importantly, FUN! Thank you. Found this by accident but cannot wait to check out your channel. Amazing.

    I know this is an old video but I've only just recently discovered you - and I LOVED this routine!! It was impossible to keep it low impact by the time the last tune was playing. Came home from work a bit overloaded and this changed my mood completely - thank you. (From sunny South Africa)

    Finally a lesson that I can follow from start to finish!!! You are engaging and very good, also because you call the steps in advance, which few instructors know how to do 🤩 a kiss from Italy 😘
