This is my home park so I have some things to say, I mostly agree with everything you said.
- Almost nobody knows but there are free lockers for Medusa, they are in the back of a chicken restaurant (there are no signs)
- There is an all day locker in the store connected to “las tacitas” or the teacups
- At least prepandemic, they used to close every ride exactly when the park closed so if you were still in line, they let you ride it
- If you are in the last train and there’s no more people on the rows, if you start screaming “otra” (which means another) they sometimes let you ride it again, that’s why they let the previous riders ride again
- I don’t know how many rides you did, but sometimes is better buying the VIP pass rather than the Flash Pass, it has unlimited rides and one time in the newest ride.
- I don’t know what was your case, but sometimes in superman the mid break is completely turned off and you fly in those bunny hills
Extra: There used to be a batmovile in front of Batman the ride don’t know if it still there
Those free lockers at medusa is only for SixFlags popcorn bucket and soda glass
Today I visit the park and the mid breaks was off. AWESOME the airtime like crazy, the 2nd part soo much better then the first.
I'm Mexican, I go to this park some times because it's the only good park in all of Mexico. Sadly, it is true, operations are weird! One time they closed all the rides at around 4p, when the park closes like at 7pm... it was a disappointment.
"La casa del tio chueco", that's the queue for Medusa; it's like a carnival fun house type of thing, but the Mexican version. It's fun. Great coaster BTW.

My home park! Yes, it is pretty for a Six Flags. Would be pretty for a Cedar Fair.
I’ve heard nothing but good things about this park, and it seems amazing. Seems with the Six Flags name, you can’t escape their notorious operations, which is sad. Still, I think it is an underrated park. Dare I say top 5 in the Six Flags chain. All it needs is a good launch coaster.
IMO, the park could easily benefit from those new gen Vekoma launch coasters
This park has way too many “classic coasters” the only “new” ride is medusa . This park needs a b&m, a intamin or a mack coaster

Six flags mexico it’s a pretty park but has tons of management issues. There’s no consistency in any of the rules or hour of operation, early in the year they had to fire the park general manager because of an altercation staff had with a gay couple.
I’m happy that you finally get to visit my home park. I’ve always wanted to see you guys at Six Flags México since I first subscribed to your channel (when I was 8 years old).

If you did casa magnetica at six flags over texas when you last went Medusa’s queue was a previous ride from Six flags Mexico that was like casa magnetica and now it’s the queue for Medusa
The queue of Medusa was called “la casa del tío chueco” but they changed it to be the queue of Medusa, they also changed the queue of boomerang, before they changed the boomerang queue you used to exit the ride over the Hollywood sign

I am playing catch up and will be in Tampa for Gwazi on Sunday and won't be in Mexico for Superman and Medusa in May.

Definitely interesting one for sure 😅 Can't say it's high on my my must-visit list, but maybe one day. The inconsistent policies sound awful. I've started to encounter similar issues at my home park (Dollywood) and it's really frustrating. Hope you got your Superman night rides the next day! What other parks are you hitting on this trip? I know this was the main target but
there is a full day option for the locker near superman , it costs 5 dollars if i'm right. I used to live in Mexico City so I visited this park plenty of times, and I agree. Medusa is strange, there are some days where it runs really fast and aggressive but the 90% of the times it's just an okay ride. But if you find the day where it runs fast it's a very good rmc.. I like superman as well, by night it has good ejector air :)) enjoy mexico!

As this park operates all year round, during january, february, march and first weeks of april, the park operates the rides with only one train and give the others the maintenance program. They don't usually close the atractions as 1 hour early, I don´t know what happened in this particular day.
We really hope that your comments help to improve the park operations.

Never thought I’d hear Luis Miguel in a Coaster Studios video, but here we are.
Superman focuses more on positive Gs? That's actually quite interesting as most Morgan Hypers are quite forceless but at least the park has a positive G focused coaster.
It's probably a ear too late, but the Medusa queue used to be a different attraction called "la casa del tio chueco", which basically told the story of an old man who rejected a witch and got his house, wife, and himself cursed, everything in his house was messed up, like you always had to keep balance if you visited, water flowed upstram, things would fall up and you'll get dizzy, it was one of the best atractions, but unfortunately, it got old and got taken down when Medusa got her "makeup"
Don't know why but this park reminds me of walibi holland with both having and SLC and Boomerang, both having the 2nd tier coaster a being focused on airtime, and both have an rmc and well themed rides for six flags

I've been to Cozumel Mexico at the time i owned a Six Flags pass. lol I was like "we should get taxi to Six Flags Mexico." Of course I was not thinking at the time of the cost and distance. But i was jokingly asking about it.

The one roller coaster I’d love to see a review on from this park is Superman the Ultimate Escape. I’ve been waiting for someone to do a review on that roller coaster for a while. Fingers crossed.

The locker situation could be due that Six Flags México usually receive schools groups (10-16 years old) organized with the teachers and that kind of costumers usually don't have credits cards and people usually lfeft his things on the bus (when is a tourist tour) or in the cars, also people usually travel without backpacks to this park, may be is that. 🤔
You can tell this is a Six Flags park, but the theming of the park gives it a different vibe

One of the things that stuck out to me was the giant OFF can. I attract bugs that like my flesh and blood. Where can I get a can like that?

Six Flags isn’t alone. Carowinds closed Fury 325 at 5 pm for the rest of the day Memorial Day weekend in 2021 when the park closed at 9. I wasn’t really as upset because I rode it 20 times that day thanks to fast lane but I know some people didn’t get to to carowinds until 3 and didn’t know Fury was going to close.
Yeah I believe it. They closed the line 2 hours early when I went there last year too.
@@ThousanWhite I just remember people screaming at the workers at the queue. I didn’t even find out until I asked a worker and then I just stayed over at Fury for the last 2 hours.
Where did you guys decide to stay? You get a hotel? Airbnb? I'm thinking I might travel down there but I'm not sure where I should stay. Did you just Uber/Lyft around?
We stayed in a hotel down the street, so we walked to the park. We have friends who have done an Airbnb near the park as well and recommended it.
What does Sarah do for a living? I know you run this channel and make films obviously. I'm just curious! Looks like an awesome park. I hear from most people that Superman Ultimo Escape is an elite top 20 coaster. Others say its just great, but either way I want to check it out so bad.
In the past, I'd have just continued my running assumption to them having rich parents as the obvious thing running this channel, but nowadays that they've managed to make a movie and probably get free access to loads of parks, it's probably a full-time job on its own doing reviews and trips with Coaster Studios.
Superman is great except for one, horrible transition just before the mid-ride brake.
During a livestream, they’ve said they both do a lot of freelance video editing in between videos

so for 20 bucks you can get a skip the line pass for just about all the coasters.. that's not bad 1 bit. if i ever get to go there i'm buying that pass asap.

The Medusa qeue line used to be a separate attraction actually instead of being a qeue.
I live here in Mexico, yet I haven't had the opportunity to go to the park.
Advice, always buy more than you believe you'll need pesos from your bank prior to traveling to Mexico and avoid paying with card or using atm machines, you'll save a small fortune

Taylor, I'm curious because I have in all my many visits to this park and city, did you really feel the thinness of the air being more than a mile high 7,349′. I've always gotten winded moving around the park and city.
I think that Six Flags Mexico has weird things in their queue because there are less regulations for fire code.

The Boomerang of Six Flags Mexico was the first one due was the pilot test, everybody knows.

So yes, I got the same impression. First the drinkin pass not work in Mexico ? Why Six Flags. Then the locker ... no Credit Card, no unlimited and weird, "can't put your phone there take it on the ride?!". Coasters ... Medusa and Superman, the other ... hmm. Theming yes nice, but also not overwhelming with the scenary around. Staff most of the time not really helpful, maybe lack of english and the worst part was my locker run out at the end and I wait over 30 minutes until someone just come and give me 20 pesos to extend it >.>
Oh at least the open all costers until 7pm closing time.

Is it really true Superman is better than Phantoms Revenge? People say that. I don't think there is a chance in hell it is. Im definitely biased, ive ridden Phantoms Revenge 738 times, more than any other coaster

Six Flags is gonna Six Flags. LOL One ride closes their 20 minute long line a full hour before park closing and the next ride keeps the line open.
Parks will wake up and realize they can make more money renting a locker for the whole day versus a timed ration or once-in and then once-out setting.
Sadly, operations are a problem with parks in Mexico. Management doesn't care as long as there's a paying public. It would be nice if someone from upper management sees this video, so they will acknowledge that there is a problem.

I disagree, criticizing a park should not be looked down upon. The whole point of amusement parks is to have a fun experience and if certain things are tainting the fun then they definitely have the right to voice their concerns and push for park improvements to ensure the satisfaction of guests
We have always been up front that we will tell the truth to our audience. We will tell you how it is. We know that many people will turn to our videos before they visit the park, and we want people to be prepared. The things that bothered us in this video are legitimate concerns that we did not know about before and really impacted our day. Not every park is perfect- we will call out parks when they can be better. There’s nothing wrong with seeking improvement- each park should strive to be the best they possibly can be.
