I was so invested into the developing plotline that I was not expected the officer to actually tell him how he became an officer. I thought he was going to say he went to OCS after getting a degree or someshit 😂😭
Engineers who actually do their job make the game so much easier. Commanders who drop supplies for engineers are even rarer. Most people play HLL like battlefield 5..
Every time I've had a commander refuse to support their engineers (ie me and one other guy), we've lost. Every time I've received full support from SLs and the commander, we have either won or fought a long, bloody battle. A good commander recognizes the value of his troops, a bad one thinks he's the reason a team wins.

Logistics is one of the most fun things in hell let loose for some reason I don't know why but I just love driving the truck back and fourth. Nice to see somebody else enjoy it.
I love how in this game you can just doing things with 1 or 3 other people out in some meadow an still being helpful to the team

Dude you got me addicted! First i watched some of your videos, then i downloaded the game and now 2 weeks later im rank 50 at 56 hours in game.
Edit: I always do the node trick switching between engineer and supply at beginning of a round, recommend it to every noob trying to get the sweet loadouts, it helps a lot.

@@realhusk Definitely xp-galore, but i feel that the class is really deep aside from cheesing xp, seems like there are not a lot of expert engineers out there though.

@@032254855 It will take some time still but it is considerably faster than playing without setting nodes. i get about 10 ranks every playsesh, depending on win/loose and how good i do in the matches. I leveled up every Infantry class to 3 and now im grinding the classes that have L6 and L9 loadouts.
There are some good videos on that strategy here on yt, i highly recommend using it if possible.

Recently found you channel. I don't even own this game, but I watched through like 50 of your videos or some shit and they were great. Will likely pick it up sooner than later. I've always been subbed to a fuck ton of channels, but I think this is the first time I've ever clicked that bell icon. Drink water, change your socks and drive on troop.

Completely agree with engineer being one of the most fun classes too play. Build your nodes, make a fortress and then run around blowing stuff up with satchels

Great video. 3 notes.
1) Make sure when you're building nodes on the HQ sector lines that you place them behind it (closer to HQ) because if you lose that 2nd point they get automatically destroyed. You can keep those nodes safe for the entire game (until they find them or when they take your last point).
2) You should do a video on offensive mode defending with multiple engineers building up and running supplies back and forth to an easily defendable point back from the action (to safely build). It can drastically change the outcome of the game, especially defending, which is so hard sometimes but with great defenses (from multiple engineers).
3) Another option, though more risky, is building a manpower node wherever you are building up your defenses so the support guys supplies reload in half the time! Its immensely helpful especially when you don't have a Supply Truck or Commander Supplies.
Otherwise, I really enjoyed the video!

Nothing worse then seeing 2 engineers hop in the first supply truck. 18 seconds you are already wrong.
Most important roles, as a minimum for every squad:
Squad leader...
Then, Support, Engineer and Anti tank (always needed)...
Then, Assault/Machine gun (for attack/defense)...
The last three, Automatic rifle, Rifleman and Medic are redundant.

Spent about 30-40 minutes building up some badass defenses
Barbwire, blockades, even made a maxed out bunker, ya know the works
And then the enemy snuck up on us while we were putting the finishing touches on it and back capped quick as hell, cause no one ever plays defense
Used our own defenses against us for the rest of the match lmao

Been 2 month since this video and i've notice a lot of new players (0-40l.. there is no garrisons built, Barely nodes, no supplies around.. and a lack of engineers and on top of all... there is no more coms in most squads i've joined..
A great game when you understand it's mechanics and when the team is communicating..
Mid point changes hands a lot in early game, best to spend your time reinforcing the fall-back position first. Solid defence is the best doctrine statistically speaking. If you play based on stats you'll see the difference in your win-rate over time. I wish more people would focus on defence and have a little patience instead of charging off and overextending.
At the begginning...when that other engineer was buildind nodes. You could help him hammer build his and then he could do the same with yours...IT will count 2x for both od You.

Did you know you can build 6 nodes per game and reap all the support score to unlock your weapons faster?
It's remarkable how often I see engineers running about doing regular squad stuff, or soloing off on the flanks.
A single truck can get you a complete bunker, or two upgraded barrier walls, or barbed wire and barricade perimeter....
If you're not intending on building things, then why play at the engineer?
Nodes should always be built far back towards your own HQ

I pretty much only play engineer, and switch off only to take on officer or support. A lot of times ill swith to a solo officer from a dead squad to get down more garrisons. its tough out their soldier.
