- Massey Ferguson Tractor Production Factory (France),
Massey Ferguson’s plant at Beauvais is totally focussed on meeting the ever increasing demands of farmers the world over. It is one of the biggest AGCO-owned tractor manufacturing site in Europe, with 85% of production is exported to over 140 different countries.
The factory in Beauvais, northern France, turns out five series from the 5700 Dyna-4 to the 8700 S Dyna-VT.
Cab production is in a dedicated plant nearby, while Dyna-4 and Dyna-6 powershift transmissions for all models are manufactured and assembled in the Gima joint venture with Claas that forms part of the main factory complex.
AGCO’s Changzhou, China manufacturing facility for the Asia Pacific region.
Since production commenced at AGCO Jackson, the facility has produced "7600" series and "8600" series #Massey #Ferguson #tractors for the North American market. Currently, in production at the Jackson facility are the recently released 7700(s) and 8700(s) series Massey Ferguson tractors.

My Massey Ferguson left the factory 38 years ago , still starts first time , even at Minus 25 c here in Poland !

Worked at Massey Ferguson in Banner Lane Coventry, back in the 1980s. Then someone decided that British people didn't want to work in factories any more and we should focus on the service industries, like shelf stacking and hospitality. Compare and contrast this, wonderful factory in Beauvais in France that was also building tractors back in the 1980s and still is obviously. Ofcourse it's all the EUs fault and now we decide we should be a high skils high earning, high productivity country /economy #NeverTrustATory. God I hate them and the people who believe them every time.

I always tell people what M-F means to me , & that's Mighty- Fine ! & while I only own 2 Massey-Ferguson's a 1959 M-F 50 & a 2018 M-F 1526 they both perform reliably & the part supply is there when I need it.

These are very nice looking tractors. Financing on agricultural equipment needs to be extended to 10 to 15 years as these are heavily built industrial machines. They do not wear out quickly like a car in 5 to 7 years. Land prices need to be kept in check. 40 years ago in the US land was inexpensive at 100 to 200 dollars an acre. Now in just 40 years land is up to 3,000 to 5,000 plus an acre. The price of land is up over 10,000 %, it is very difficult for farmers to succeed along with increased fuel prices. This has driven inflation very high especially food prices. If we are not careful a can of green beans is going to cost 10 dollars just to pay for the land. Tin was at 42,000 per ton not long ago. These machines are the most important machines we have along with trucks. We must absolutely protect these industries and our food supply. Weapons are expensive, tractors are inexpensive. Tanks are expensive, trucks are cheap. The ukraine is still plowing fields with horses in places along with other parts of the world. So much capital is now tied up in land transactions, far too much, it has kept wages down as a result. Farmers are struggling and the EU is making it harder with that Net Zero nonsense. China is burning 4 billion tons of coal while the EU punishes farmers over a little diesel fuel. Airplanes are burning hundreds of billions of gallons of kerosene, while they punish farmers and drive up cost. Good video, very good machine. LLXIIX77
