i finally had a chance to sit down and play along with you on this one and Every night. We are still on the road staying in Centerville, Utah with my wife's cousin. Our camper van broke down. We found a someone to help us but I am getting anxious to be home. Which made me think of a song suggestion - Homeward Bound by Simon and Garfunkle. Unless you know a song about weary travelers.
Hi Robert...great to hear from you ...sorry to hear about your camper van and you're right, there's no place like home. Great to hear you were playing along with us. We have just become grandparents again so things are a bit hectic at present on that front. We have an ever growing list of requests which is great but it looks like it'll be a while till we get round to them all. I'll look into the " Homeward Bound " song and see how it works on the uke. Our group is playing at a small festival in November so it's another thing that's taking our time up at present sorting suitable songs for, what is probably going to be, a raucous audience...haha...best wishes to you and yours...:)

Great question Diane...we never have used a pick as we often alternate between strumming and finger picking during a song so a pick is out of the question.....plus you get to feel the strings with your finger (s) so it's more intimate.....but...if you are just mainly going to strum and want to use a pick I would recommend a soft felt one and not a plastic one...hope this helps...😊💕❤️🎵🎶
