  • Oxygen makes up 21% of the air we breathe. Research is ongoing regarding the efficacies of highly concentrated oxygen generated by a special technique, using oxygen in the air. For the past 40 years, VIGO MEDICAL has been developing a highly concentrated oxygen generator that can be safely used by everyone. This segment features new uses of highly concentrated oxygen that goes beyond the medical field and high altitudes.

More oxygen mean more fuel and make so much power. Oxygen support fuel to burn and generate energy. Eat more food for fuel and breath more oxygen will create more energy and power. Human internal combustion engine.

It's not that simple. Just because more oxygen is available doesn't mean your body will use it. The air we currently breathe we only consume ~30% of the oxygen content within that breath. Having more oxygen isn't going to force your cells to do even more cellular respiration. Only not having enough oxygen will force your cells to do fermentation of lactic acid. It might help having a higher concentration during strenuous exercise but it's only going to really prevent you feeling sore the next day. That sore feeling is from a build up of lactic acid in your muscles from a lack of oxygen. However, just like a cars engine pure oxygen can be damaging overtime. The air we breathe is mostly nitrogen with ~20% oxygen but if the nitrogen wasn't present or some other inert gas our flesh would oxidize. It's the same reason we use nitrous oxide in engines because pure oxygen would react with the aluminum making aluminum oxide and rotting the engine out. There's very little benefit to pure oxygen and a lot of downsides. Also, most people would waste the breath anyways. You have two internal alarms for your repository system. CO2 concentration and oxygen concentration. Anyone who free dives knows this concept well but anyone can try it for themselves. Hold your breath as long as you can and when you've hit your point that anxiety is so overwhelming you must breathe let the air out but do not inhale. Anxiety gone? That was your CO2 alarm and once you can get past that you'll find you can hold your breath another minute or two easy. Just careful when the o2 internal alarms goes off because going unconscious is not far away.

Because of this video I finally bought an oxygen machine. I do all my exercises with oxygen now and I've improved massively, being able to live normally without feeling extremely drained after going about my day.
Doctors were mad at me for not being able to improve and now they're mad because I improved. Damned if you do, damned if you don't 🤷

What kind of oxygen delivery device are they wearing around the neck, out of the nose? I am trying to find one on line, but do not know what it is called. They show 4 methods of delivery, Mask, Cannula, Canned and the one that sits off the face. That the one I am looking for. 0:09 minutes into the video.

Looks like a cash grab. And also the potential for free radicals for chronic use
