That would be freaking awesome and Ford would be killing it. Either that or the 7.3 Godzilla. Wish they would do more with the 7.3.

Honestly I would rather have the 3.5.HO from the regular F150 Raptor in the Ranger Raptor. Plus 35s from the factory.
Or make s smaller 4.0 Coyote with a bi-turbo like the G-Wagon engine.

@@user-my4xu4gf1z guess we know you can’t dream. I would say the raptor is closer to a warthog in almost every way. It is faster, more manoeuvrable, and can jump.

@@torringooley99 Probably because we’ve been playing around with gas cars and trucks for over a hundred years and this is as far as we’ve gotten with performance. Now technology hands us instant torque A/C motors at each wheel with batteries than can output over 1500amps of power, and that’s been in less than 10 years! Imagine what more advancements and research will yield! Fun times ahead for speed junkies.

Because of the price, I got a TRX instead, I understand the R is more exclusive but I can’t justify the price. Was in a GT500, I understand what the pred engine can do.
Yeah. Had my TRX since '21 and even with my trade in value I can't justify the cost when the truck is nearly identical in performance. TRX still looks better tho.
Looking at interior and technology I can’t justify Raptor R price over TRX.

@@dethkl0kit’s a $30k difference (with the ADM that R’s go for) so yeah, easy to justify $100k for a TRX.
I live in an affluent area and never see these except on dealer lots. I do see TRXs here and there and regular F 150 Raptors all over the place...mine included lol

That’s one thing I like about my raptor gen 1 besides the v8 is that it was nvr ment to be luxurious and whoever ordered it he specd it out bare bones as possible and and ordered all the good stuff (performance parts)
I can kick myself for not buying a gen1 Raptor and doing exactly what you described. I bought Tundra in 2014 and drove it for 10 years which is fine but a missed opportunity

There are plenty of brand-new 2023 and 2024 model-year TRXs still available on dealer lots. The RHO is a 2025 and is not out yet but is available to order
I genuinely love the sound of the Raptor R, it sounds like a beefy race car. I’d definitely consider buying one in the future.

I agree, the Ram TRX sounds just perfect!!! Hats off to ford for still making a v8. Hope the next TRX will come back with a v8, if FCA still owned the brand they would. But Stalantis im not so sure about.

They removed the front Torsen diff on 2024 to save money on it I heard… I’ve seen the 2023 with it, and without it, but that would be my pick a 23 with the front differential

Both are great trucks, definitely would take whatever is cheaper. Try finding a Raptor R right now for anywhere close to the MSRP that's already substantially more than the TRX. I wouldn't own either out of warranty though, that's an expensive repair bill that's only a matter of time if you are using and abusing it like I know I would.

I don't believe these are going to go up in value over time with anything more than 500 miles on it but I do believe these will just hold their value longer over time.
