why is the vmax decreasing ?
Cuz of non competitive inhibitor
Vmax decreasing means:
the efficiency of the enzyme to convert the substrate into the product decreases. The maximum velocity or the maximum rate of the enzyme is affected (decreased) by uncompetitive and non competitive inhibition.
