Another bootstrap paradox. Hannah knows Katharina since their childhood, or at least since school. She poses as her to get to Ulrich in the 50s, then she has to stick with it because Egon already knows her as Katharina. When she tries to get the abortion, she meets young Helene Albers who is about to get an abortion herself. So the birth of Katharina is many years away, yet Helene will eventually give her that name because of that moment with fake Katharina. The name has no real origin. It exists in time.
Fun fact : the actor who play the adult version of the Unknown(the creepy guy that talked to Tronte) is son of the actor who play the elder version of the Unknown.
The unknown man has a specific soundtrack and when Adam reveals who the origin is and Martha touches her belly, the same soundtrack plays. and like you guys said, its pretty much confirmed
Also, that interaction between the minions and young Tronte is meant to imply that he is Tronte's father (THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT A SPOILER). Like 'You've grown Tronte', 'I knew your mother', 'But I chose your name back then' and also the shots kinda begin to focus on the resemblance between the two. It's way too subtle, I myself missed it on my first watch and then had to look up in which episode this was revealed. (They don't touch upon this relationship in the future episodes so it's not like I am seeing more into it because I already know what happens.) Also, now you are qualified to understand what the 9:09 part meant.
That's super trippy. Now I kind of understand the significance of him talking to Claudia's mother about Agnes. The only thing I wish is that the show would've expanded on his background. Did Agnes know who he was when they got together? Was he sent to the other world as a young adult with the sole purpose of impregnating Agnes? These are questions I wish were further expanded on. I believe it was season one when Agnes said her ex-husband was a preacher and I think it was in this episode where Claudia's mom (sorry I forgot her name) asks is he a preacher and he says something along the lines of "I used to be or I was one in a past life." It's all interesting stuff, I just wish it wasn't left so open to interpretation.

Viewers are putting the pieces together and it could seem one thing half-way through, but one can see the whole picture only close to the end, when every piece is at its place.
Kat's Right everything is mirrored in Alt-Martha's world, If you watch S03E01 the whole Kahnwald/Alt-Martha's house is mirrored. Also, Agnes Obel's Familiar was in S01E03 or 2 I think.
So the minion is her son, the origin and he's the piece that connecting the two worlds, because as Noah said (Martha's world Noah) he will with Agnes give birth to Tronte then Ulrich then Martha again! It's infinity loop indeed ...
For the flipping of scars, That’s just because the image is flipped when they travel the other universe. I thought it was something or hinted and something but I don’t think it is.

Yay another dark episode! So the unknown guy is tronte’s dad... that’s strange. I thought they kind of glossed over that. It was cool to see the origin of the necklace! We learn that Noah’s name is really “Hanno” remember in season 2 the guy that got stabbed with the pic axe said ask Adam why he named you Noah, because it was his given name We are hearing “______ Lied to you” over and over. Stranger Jonas in the end of season 2 told his mom she needs no one, it’s nice to see that come around and her realize that. I wish it could have been sooner... Helena in that waiting room ... when she went into the room I realized wow she has gone through some heavy abuse. Then she continued the cycle to her daughter of abuse. Sure katarina is mean and a bully but I think she did a good job of breaking the cycle of abuse. I was wondering if Kat would be uncomfortable during the alt Martha and Jonas sec scene. Because they are not technically related, like apocalypse Martha said this is the only universe you guys are possible. The song choice was spectacular like usual. It’s almost like it was made for this series. Why do people not know what condoms are!? I can not WAIT for next episode. It’s my favorite of the season :) I definitely wouldn’t say you get answers though hahaha With what sonny said , Claudia and tronte did not have sex, they just looked at each other for education like the magazine. Helena was there because of rape and abuse.
There are still sooo many things left to discover for us. And agreed with the cycle of abuse, even though it is actually a bit of a myth that domestic violence repeats.. Jonas and Martha are still very much biologically related. Still incest, still very wrong. As you said - why didn't they think of protection, dammit! 😅 Also, I remember Claudia and Tronte having an affair back in season.... 1? But I might be remembering wrong. Nah, I'm actually pretty sure. It was in 86
Kat & Sonny ya Claudia and tronte were seeing each other. I’m talking about in terms of when they were kids I just took it as curiosity when they both took off their clothes, I didn’t think they would do anything sexual like sonny said they are very young for that. And ya you’re right in terms of DNA I guess they are still VERY related haha. It’s a very messy situation because we are supposed to fall into this “they are meant for each other” love story , and them pushing the fact that they are from two different universes as it being “ok”. I want them to be happy and in love but it’s wrong so I’m just very confused haha. Thanks so much for replying love you guys :)

Yes, Helena did have an abortion. If you take a look on the family tree, you could find there a potental hint on who's the father. It looks that it's her older relative (the same guy who was with Egon when he was investigating the dead sheeps in the 80's). This man is probably Katharina's father as well.
