What I think is an important take-away is that there is only ONE version of "The Origin" while there are two versions of everyone else. Jonas from one world and Martha from another world have a child, and that singular child gets with Agnes in BOTH worlds, creating the family tree. So there really is no one else like the the trio/The Origin; he truly belongs to both worlds.
It's just so messed up that the Origin went and had sex with Agnes, and after finishing, went to the other world to have sex with the other Agnes, and that BOTH Agnes, who clearly are in love with someone else, were willingly ok with f*cking this weirdo this just for the sake of the family tree.
@@aakarshverma5793 That too. Same way it's impossible to have identical twins of different age, it's impossible that the weirdo had two identical kids, even if with the same mother, when the conception obviously didn't happen at the same time. And even if it did for the sake of having both Tronte being the same age (the most ankward 3some ever), genetics simply don't work like that.
I just figured Unknown conceiving two identical Tronte's worked because technically universe 1 doesn't consider there to be another universe, or another Tronte. Thus his DNA is unique and the way he looks. It just isn't for dimensional travelers and us viewers.
Adult Martha says "our world" referring to younger Martha, not Jonas. How you read the three now that it's not a spoiler: the no name guy and Agnes are Tronte's parents. Hence, Martha is Tronte's granmother and her own great great grandmother.
Interesting tidbit: Adam and Eva's child, the Origin, has no name. Which you could render in German as "Kein Name". Which just happens to sound like "Kain, Name". Adam and Eve's child's lack of a name sounds just like Cain. The writers love these little winks...
I think that's definitely a reach there. You're just seeing things you want to see. Within the show he is know as "The Unknown" or "The Origin" not "No name". So your basically saying that a word that he's never referred to as and only sounds like Cain if you change how it's pronounced is somehow a wink from the writers
@@procrastinosaurus-rex5720 It's still a reach. If you say that by changing the pronunciation it kind of sounds like something else than that means literally anything can be a "wink" to something. Like I said, it seems to me like you are trying to see something because you want to and not because it's there. If you have to change how something is pronounced to make it fit than it doesn't really work
24:44 well sure there's a lot of open threads if you overlook the not-so-subtle answers right in front of you how like how Tronte is "the origins" son lmao
@@swedish_malin How would Gary be sibling to anyone is anyone's guess. Also, deep detail. Unknown does have a possible name. It is shown in the paper clip that says Noah's real name. The news is has a subtitle "Hanno Tauber (42) takes over from Sigurd Molch (74)"
Ditto. I think it's because they're watching as a group and creating an echo chamber. One of them gets SO close to the right idea, but then the other three will talk them out of it, and on and on it goes.
This is why I said to pay attention to facial scars. The middle aged woman you should know because you've seen this scar before. The Unknown (those 3) has a facial scar common of inbreeding and incest. It's one of those things staring you in the face the whole time. Also, I love how they have an episode called 'the origin', they show you the origin, and then later give a completely different origin. There're two origins. One of the family, one of the worlds.
The last name of the actress who plays Hannah is Schöne, which in German means beautiful. Not sure if that's just a coincidence or if that repeated line was written because of her name.
Hi guys. I am a new subscriber and just finished this episode as well. I got to say that the acting is phenomenal in this series as well as the casting. So many characters look the same over the generations. I also recommend everyone (including Blind Wave) to watch the short series 1899, made by the same team. It is great and unfortunately only 1 season long. I hope they can fit it into their schedule.
If they had difficulties to understand this episode which is very clear and straight forward, oh boy they're going to be confused with the next episode.
Young origin spoke to Bernd Doppler about the master key of the power plant before middle age origin killed him. The woman they killed was Claudia's secretary. And yes, they'll give you that one thing that leads to 'everything makes sense' but not before the final episode.
This family tree is off the chain. And I haven’t even written it down, all in my head. I need some Tylenol. Wow. Grandson, grandpas, aunties, wives, oh my.
This is the one episode where I actually like Hannah! Love her getting angry at Egon in his office. The actress who plays Egon's wife Doris reminds me so much of Carey Mulligan, they could be twins.
okay unravel is the wrong word. Its a potential hint. His last name is Niewald which is the combination of Nielsen and Kahnwald. But there's not really an answer to why that is in the show. I saw this one crazy theory on reddit though. Hannah pretended to be Katharina NIElsen in 1954. She might've gotten together with Daniel KAHNwald who is Ines's father and Boris could be their child too. Crazy theory but good as any
@@grydon6422 I don't even know if it's truly headcanon because his name IS a combination of those two last names. And there's not many people with those last names in the 1900s other than them. I cant tell if the show just wants the audience to connect the dots or just ignore them
This is one of the most complicated if not the most complicated story I every watched tbh... Sometimes I still have no idea what the hell is going on lol..
There is only one Child (the unknown). He impragnates Agnes (in both Timelines) and fathers Tronte Nielsen. Thats why he named him. He is his Dad. So it is indeed a circle. Martha and Jonas are the parents of the Unknown. Who has a kid with Agnes (Tronte). Tronte is the father of Ulrich, who is the Father of Martha and Mikkel. latter is Jonas' father, who bangs his Aunt again to father the Unknown. The only reason why Jonas does not exist in Timeline B is because Mikkel did not disappear in timeline B. You could think that this should also mean that the entire Nielsen Family can't exist there because it needs Jonas to start. But Marthas timeline is just a branch of Jonas timeline. It actually only exists because of him. The entire Family Tree is a bootstrap Paradox because it started itself. In the end, neither can be allowed to exist.
This shows potential to generate endless conversations is awesome, but I have yet to truly get a perspective on how the Blind Wave crew are actually liking the series.
Don't watch this show might in the future but it's your latest so just being a person sharing that I'd love a reaction to the new MK1 trailer sorry again have a nice day bye 👍
