This man’s Edwards thing dose not come up on anything,I am a Oliver owner that needs help in the technical side of it,, but could you please give the full description of the Edwards tractor restoration deal ok thanks BigAl California,,,,?..
Huh, my grandparents, on both sides, when they had farms way way back, always said, "The work outfit looks better, just keep it clean and serviced, with good rubber, inside and out, of rims." I like period correct, with rustic patina. Don't know why, but I like the work look better.
In my neighborhood any and all tractors must be able to go to work for a living at a moments notice. Paint just keeps rust off. Mechanical condition is way more important.
@@eb17816 That's how it is in my "neighborhood" too. However, we restore our stuff, including good paint, back to 100%, work it back down to around 30% (maintaining it the whole time) then, restore it again.

Great looking Olivers! Usually don't see standards, its usually row crop models.
Great job painting the tractors 👍🏻🇺🇸
Boy this guy is hard to interview!
Really good video Brian. Those two tractors are really really sharp he does an awesome job on his restorations.

Beautiful restoration. I'll take a shiny tractor any day over a rusted one. Good job 🇺🇸🚜👍
Wow, two really beautiful tractors, Doug Edwards does a fantastic job on those wonderful old tractors!
Two beautiful peices of history. High quality all the way.
Best tractors ever and yet no longer made because they couldn't make the cut.
I would be proud to have either of them! Great work!!

didn't they have to overhaul the engines or replace gears in the transmissions or rear-ends.
He said that they replaced a few gaskets and seals and that's all these two needed.
They are at least 69 years old or older depending on what year they are. I can almost guarantee you they needed more than a few gaskets and seals.

@@Oliver66FarmBoy You would think so but, since I wasn't involved in the restoration, I can only go by what the man said.
