Naaaaah if anything it has more bugs than ksp1 because it's higher detail and there are bugs on the ground. ;) I love this game I can't wait until they fix it up really good and drop the full release with everything added and fixed.

12:52 fun fact you actually did something really cool on accident here. You put yourself in the perfect trajectory for an earth-moon gravitational assist. Essentially like flying of of a merry go round going way to fast and on your way out you catch one of the outer poles and swing around it and leave the merry go round at the speed of sound. In this type of orbit you can actually escape with greater velocity than that of both kerbin and the moon combined, meaning you stop orbiting the system, you start orbiting the sun independently instead. If you can't tell I love space lol.

The best place to make a manouver to enter orbit over kerbin is at the apoapsis. At the mun is at the periapsis.

tip for short burns, use the thrust limiter to change how much the engine is moving at full throttle
also, for landing, only worry about the vertical speed (indicated in the meter on the top-right of the navball
Just throwing it out there, burns at periapsis / apoapsis are most efficient. If you want to extend ap, burn at peri, vice versa.
I think after this I'll wait to get ksp2, give them time to get some of the bugs worked out
Same. Love the first KSP, and this one looks very promising, but those bugs... ugh. I'm gonna hold off a bit, let some things settle first.
Left click your Altitude on the Navball to switch off Sealevel, to ground level so it tells you how close your are to the ground since there's no Sea on the Mun, lol.
6:46 -ish. If you would have gone the opposite way around the moon, You might have slowed down more, because of rocket Science.
10:20 a common bug even in the first game. What you should do is stack a radial decoupler on a reaction wheel, I think they only weigh half a ton AND provide more accurate control in vacuum so your landing point on the mun is not so far away.

You are supposed to do the manoeuvre node on the apoapsis point not before or after it. That is why you keep having bad orbits
I love seeing the glitchyness
rescue missions are the best part of ksp. Flying to Mun is fun, but rescuing Kermans from Mun with all cost is much more enjoyable.

The cross feed bug appears to be due to using landing legs. If you try removing them, or putting them on decouplers it might fix the issue.
there's a bug with the wombat legs where it allows crossfeed.... dont know why but it does. best fix is to use other landing legs.
U can use z for max throttle and x for no throttle
Space also starts at 70km and you should do a manouver on the ap or pe
the fuel drained out because it crossfeeds through the landing legs lol. kinda insane they released the game when you get multiple game breaking glitches every mission

To get to orbit you need to burn at highest point and to get in orbit around The Mun you need to burn at lowest point
Hey blitz you know if you press z or x it immediately sets the throttle to 0-100, just a QOL thing

Create maneuver nodes near the park apsis and aliases for more efficient burns.
Also, separate ratings at 70000 to 75000 meter because you don’t need the ratings when you’re outside the atmosphere

Yep, anything other than small landing legs. It took me like 2 hours of restaging and looking at the resource monitor to figure it out.
I heard this game is very broken, the first 5 minutes proved this right

i feel like at this point we are better off playing ksp 1 untill it gets fixed. although sometimes the bugs are a good laugh.

15:12 why did you use prograde here? Radial out would have been way more fuel efficient. Remember prograde/retrograde for orbits, radial in/out for mid course correction burns.
P.S. and (anti)normal is used for both
