    We all are doomed, If a video with this kind of quality is getting just 1.2k views in 2 months and just 600 subs. I hope TH-cam will do something to its badly built algorithm and soon fix it...
    Top notch video, wishes from portugal

    Well done. I’m in the process of improving my audio on my videos. Recently ordered DJI mic 2 Transmitter to wifi pair it to GoPro 13, hopefully it sounds as good as your setup. Eliminating wind noise is always hard, as long as my vocals come out clear, I’ll be happy. Thanks for sharing your Motovlog setup. 👍🇦🇺

      Nice! It’s crazy how much this mic get rid of that wind noise, I’m gonna make a video soon using two mics so I get some of the bike exhaust sound

    I’ve considered getting these mics, I’m pretty sure y’all can just use the internal storage on the mics without a cam. And just sync up the footage with the raw audio in post edit. Excited to try them out wirelessly as managing wires on a helmet is super annoying haha.
    Great video! 😊 👏🏻

      You def can! I always record on the mic as a backup now just incase the GoPro doesn’t work or something haha

    I have a gopro, I have a dji mic (for when I did video and photography etc). I'm watching this video because I am about to learn to rid a motorbike and want to try vlogging it. Here the audio is clean but somethings missing, the sound of the bike haha and when I watch motovlogs one of the best things imo is the bike sound even if its stock lol. But setting up the mic near the exhaust sounds like it might just peak the mic but haven't tested so I wont know haha

      I actually got a video coming out soon that will have the motorbike sound! I agree my videos are missing the sound of the bike :)

    I am also using Rode wireless Pro in my setup. The Rode wireless pro have 2 really versitile function of: 1. 32 bit float internal recording (you will never peak, can edit freely in post). 2. Auto gain level (also, will never peak). The set come with 1 Receiver and 2 Transmitters + 2 Rode lavalier 2 (high quality lav mic). I think the Rode wireless pro's audio quality is better than DJI 1 (that you are using) and DJI 2. However, the DJI 2 mic works better with Action 4 since there is a wireless connection between the Action 4 and the Dji 2 mic. So you still get the audio to the Action 4 and still waterproof.
    Just some information...

      Oh wow.. the DJI is already amazing and if it’s better that’s crazy. Audio is so important haha. I might switch my camera to the DJI mic 2 and get the osmo just because they connect so easy ahah

    • @SiTuanNgo
      @SiTuanNgo 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@topmaster999 should grt the action 4 and DJI mic 2. If you do not have any other use for wireless microphone, just get the DJI mic 2 transmitter only. It will connect wirelessly to Action 4.

    • @SiTuanNgo
      @SiTuanNgo 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@topmaster999 however, the audio quality can be good, but cannot as good as Rode wireless pro with Rode lavalier 2.

      I use the DJI wireless mic with the DJI wireless receiver then the go pro audio jack

  • @jings1926
    @jings1926 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    Why wouldn’t you just use the mic without rx. That way you can sync audio and video post. Only take a few seconds. Just have to use some sort of clapper board 🎬 to get it aligned.

    • @jings1926
      @jings1926 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Less crap to route on the helmet. Also they make lavelier and boom mics to attach to the dji mic. So you could keep the dji mic somewhere else out of the helmet. Although i do like how you crammed the unit into the chl pad.

      I thought about that but it was just an extra step I didn’t wanna do 😂. I’ve got a cage for my GoPro now and everything just neatly sits in it 😁

    I use the Purple Panda and I''m not happy. At highway speeds, the wind noise is unacceptable. On my last video, I made the captions into graphics so all the dialog was readable. I'm not talking a lot, so I hope it's not too intrusive. In my off-road videos, the sound is acceptable. The other thing is that it's difficult to secure the mic inside the helmet. I'm currently using a sophisticated system involving duct tape. th-cam.com/video/n39L8tl3st4/w-d-xo.html&ab_channel=RetiredAdventureRider

      Oh wow duct tape, very expensive set up 😂. Your auido doesn’t sound bad to me! But I was only watching your video on my phone. I find once you get headphones on or listen to it on the computer that’s when you can really tell if it’s bad audio. This DJI mic is crazy but if your only running one mic inside your helmet your gonna loose a lot of the exhaust noise
