Happy start of 2024🎉 Animal Kingdom is Wonderful 😊 ❤ Love the animals and seeing characters on the boats😊 Dinosaur is a rough very fun ride, it hurt my back riding it in 2022, but I would love to ride it again. Sadly Dinosaur will be gone when we go back in Fall 2025😢 Dinosaur is one of my favorite Dino movies. Restaurantosarous is our go to place to get a great quick delicious lunch, I'll miss that to😢 Hopefully they'll just retheme it , but still have close to the same kind of food. Enough of the sad thoughts. 2024 has gotten a great kick off so far for us to, hopefully we all will have a ok year this year😊 Thanks for all you give us. We have three rules for every Animal Kingdom visit - 1) lunch at Satu'li is mandatory, 2) we must either do a jungle trek or a safari to get our dose of critters and 3) we *must* go GET THAT DINO! 😁 If we were Floridians, we would *absolutely* celebrate January 1st at Animal Kingdom every year. You hit the nail right on the head that it's just a warm, happy place to be to start the new year...DAK is all vibes. I don't know if we'd be able to suffer a sixty minute queue for Everest, having been so often spoiled by walk-on rides at ropedrop....but there's no beating it on theming! Gotta love when it backs up and leaves you stuck in the caves 😂 It truly is the little things that make Disney so magical. 2024 is shaping up to be a great year, and we can't wait to see how it unfolds for you! ✨

HAPPY NEW YEAR! Animal Kingdom is my favourite Disney Park. Its more about the Themeing than attractions but the attractions are also some of my favourites. My 1st thought of the Gorilla wearing the towel, was he'd just got out of the shower 😂 Turtle cave🤔 I've probably been thru it several times. Will definitely be looking harder next month. Only 53 days to go taking my Bestie for her 1st trip. Hoping to bump into you and not walk right passed you again😂

Most younger male gorillas act as sentries or guards depending on their place in the troop. There is always two an alpha which is the oldest and strongest male and the beta which is a second in command usually followed by their mates which should be close. We know this from scientists in the field living directly in a troop.
Ah the cm told me the 9 year old would be a silver back so maybe he’s the one who will be leader. The current silverback I think they said has 3 mates right now!
It doesn’t seem anytime soon but it’s so hard to say. I’d hope they don’t until there’s a solid replacement in the works. Actually I hope they don’t at all haha!
