    Is it recommended to use distilled water long term? I couldn't find any documentation or mention online about it until I watched your video.

      Yes, it is recommended to use distilled water only to prevent mineral build up in the steamer. So glad you found this helpful!

    Tile is for floors not counters. Way too much trouble. My mom had tile counters and they were a pain.
