Our thoughts are with everyone affected by this situation. Stay safe. 🙏

For people that deal with anxiety, your best resource for not having an anxiety attack is your own breath. If your mind takes you down a path of fearfulness...causing your heartbeat to drum at a higher rate, make an effort to breath deeper alternating deep breaths with rapid breaths, try shutting out any fear mongering and go into fight mode, draw on the strength of all the rough times that got you to where you are today and let your potential to make the world a better place guide your thoughts, into a state of positive epiphanies, and keep cycling through thoughts of good visualizations, until your rapid heart rate returns to it's normal pace, and say to yourself, I will survive this.

How is your fight or flight mode? I took notice of people in the comments, being insensitive to people who seem traumatized by the Campus shooting. For people who tend to face chaos regularly, you may be desensitized by the shooting that transpired on your College Campus, so your fight or flight mode may have better prepared you, for various tactics on how to survive, including being apt to seek legalization for College Faculty and Student open carry permits, just keep in mind that the probability of College Campus shootings increase, with the amount of Guns allowed on Campus... it's just more logical to look for an opportunity to relocate, to a safer place. Another resource for mental preparedness in live shooter environments is the knowledge acquired, from Combat Training, it's important to learn conflict resolution and how to look for the right moment to get the upper hand, it definitely beats knowledge only acquired from only surviving petty campus bullying. A shooting taking place too close to consider a non threat could be more traumatizing for people who deal with nothing other than the local bully, since even vetted Soldiers can experience fear and anxiety, if they feel they haven't been properly trained for a situation that is unpredictable and too spontaneous to have thought of a clear route of escape... In addition it may be a good idea to find some sense of security that gives you bravado, so that in dangerous situations you don't become overwrought with feelings of weakness and vulnerability, in a fight or flight situation, you don't want to sabotage yourself, becoming your own energy vampire; maybe carry Pepper spray on your keychain, to give you a sense of defense against a probable threat.

For people with serious anxieties, it could feel like you're alone in the world, but you're not alone, you could face a lot of situations that you wish you didn't have to face alone, but you do so because it becomes irritating to befriend people that can't seem to reach emotional maturity...which conflicts with your sensitive and nonviolent nature. Keep in mind that emotional maturity comes from either learning from the best spiritual gurus (like the Spiritual author Linda Goodman), injuries or other traumatic experiences that allow eye opening spiritual enlightenment, from being still and isolated long enough for the mind to open up to a wider visual of the big picture, instead of the one dimensional picture of ones own selfish personal agenda... sometimes enlightenment comes with living in a way that both benefits you and serves the well being of others too.
If you've gotten this far, thanks for reading. I sympathize with the afterthoughts of your Campus shooting and I regret that the mental preparedness of how to avoid being shot, in an active shooter environment, now has to be in the back of your minds, I know a situation like this could leave a person feeling helpless, to come up with a resolution to prevent it from happening again, however, between right this very moment and the time it takes for you to come up with a resolution, please, in your spare time, crack open a book on Human Design, look into videos on how to exercise without inflicting self injury, start a Decentralized Currency watchdog group, reporting businesses that are out to scam people, or check on whether or not CEF (The Chapel Hill Community Empowerment Fund), is in need of volunteers....once again, thanks for reading and take care of yourselves

(#team homeschooling)Ok USA, school shootings every week is crazy. End school if you can't pay to protect innocent schools. Armed guards are mandatory at schools. This is not a monthly occurrence its literally weekly. Do better US. If school owners can't afford armed guards they shouldn't be allowed to open. The US act all high and mighty but wont protect kids from school shooting. Ive had enough of this evil world and these evil people. smh

    Alright, the chapel hill shooting
The building it took place in is called the Caudill Building. The building was dedicated to William Caudill and his Wife. They are still alive, in 2020 Caudill wrote an op-Ed where he thanks Ralph Baric for his "incredible work" at "his secret lab" at unc chapel hill over the last 6 years from 2014. I have a document dated 2015 December showing where they created covid-19 at chapel hill under Ralph Baric. Where the shooting took place was one of the buildings involved in creating covid 19. Also, Ralph Baric created Remdezivir
    Which,
Remdezivir + ventilator = hospital covid death.
So the "labs" the shooting took place were labs used in the creation of covid 19 and the deadly drug they gave to people in the hospital.
I think the shooting is much deeper than MSM will let on to

The dude was in a physics lab goofball. The guys PhD advisor was a hard ass and the grad student was a incel weirdo. He snapped and shot his boss in the face for demanding he works harder in the lab.
They weren’t doing any biology research at all. It was a physics/ material science lab. The advisor was Zijie Yan and the PhD student was Tailei Qi

@@biopharmmarkets2115 great, some clarification. Still doesn’t negate the names and work they are involved with, as mentioned previously. UNC CH has a hand in the making of covid 19 and Remdezivir. I can post DOI numbers and you can read yourself if you’d like. Hopefully you don’t believe covid 19 was an organic event.
