I am trying to setup a meditation space for myself in my new townhome, its not noisy out here where I live, suburb bay area; however I do need to block out noise. But could I ask you how to block out light if you wanted to? any guidelines there? any suggestions? I know it wasn't the subject of your video, but thought I'd ask...
