- I haven't met a chicken wing I didn't like. Grilled, fried or smoked, I love them all. These wings are my easy go-to recipe for the grill. While the brine adds an extra step to the process, I think it's well worth it.

One of the best parts about your videos is that you show what amazing meals can be made on our classic and humble Weber kettles. Thanks so much!
They are so versatile. From low and slow to direct grilling.
Love your videos. I have been binge watching your videos today. Wings are my favorite.
Thanks so much
I'd lost my way with wings, I was wandering around trying to find something that I really liked and it seemed I was only finding worse. Then I found this. Best wings my wife and I have done. Makes me hungry thinking about them. Followed recipe exactly, cept I put them on a 26 Kettle with a vortex. Thanks !!
Looks great. Thanks for the videos. Love them.
Glad you like them!
Thank you for sharing!
My pleasure!
i love wings. greetings from germany!
Looking good MR Tuffy.
Thank you!
Look tasty 😋 👍
😋😋
How long will the chicken brine last in the refrigerator? Or can u freeze?
Great video!
I am glad you liked it!
So at what temp do you remove them? You said they were temping at 170-175, yet the Thermapen was reading 167...
The doneness can be a bit of personal preference. 165 can be a target temp for many, but if you are in the mood for a crispy wing, the internal temp will be higher. Often 175.
How many kettles do you own Tuffy? Big fan of collecting them myself, and use them all!
I’d say around 20.
I can tell by when talk that hand movement bomb
Hi Tuffy looks delicious 😊😊
Thank you
@@TuffyStonePitmaster I'll try these this weekend and let you know...
Hi Tuffy I'm going to replicate these in a video on my channel as they sound and look amazing! I hope that's ok? I will obviously tag you in it and tag your brine video too.
👍🏻🥃
So good.
What temperature did you grill them at?
It becomes little bit of a preference, but 165-170 is really good. If you like a crispy wing, that may get a little more done, like 175.
