That’s One Nutty Hospital! ~ Tootsie (1982) ~ Dustin Hoffman Playing a Woman for an Acting Job

Tootsie from 1982 is still a great movie to watch. Dustin Hoffman, Jessica Lange, Teri Garr, and Bill Murray are all wonderful in this Sidney Pollack directed movie. It also has Dabney Coleman, Charles Durning, Geena Davis and George Gaynes.
If you have never watched Tootsie this is not one you will want to miss. I promise you will love it!

Great commentary. One tiny correction. The hotel was the Sherry Netherlands, not Nederlander... An incredible mistake for the Nederlander theatre organization and theatre. Thanks for great research and work!

My dad took me to see this when I was 6 or seven. I really had a bad crush on Jessica Lange. It's strange because I usually don't get crushes on Hollywood actresses but something about her. My mom and dad divorced when I was a baby so dad had visitation on weekends and he took us to tons of 80's movies. I really liked Dustin Hoffman at the time.
