Acceleration due to gravity: In this module we discuss about acceleration due to gravity. We know that, All objects falls towards the earth because of gravity.
Suppose, a body ball is falling freely from certain height with constant acceleration due to attraction of earth, that acceleration is called acceleration due to gravity.
If there is no air resistance on the bodies falling freely, which are having different masses one is heavy weight, and other is light weight from same height h, they reach the ground at the same time t. Because all the bodies have same acceleration irrespective of their masses weight. This introduces the significance of gravity .

General Relativity is the field equation that
Einstein developed to deal with changing
frames of reference in the case of gravity. He
had already worked with velocity and decided
to work on acceleration afterwards. He
noticed that gravity and acceleration worked
the same, and his field theory equation
showed they did exactly that. Ifyou are in an
accelerating frame, you cannot tell the
difference from gravity, unless you have some
visual clue. Artificial gravity can be created in
space by creating a rotating hub.

The "falling" apple *isn't* accelerating - the ground (Earth) *is* accelerating *upwards*. (Dot)

That's only true within the theoretical framework of Einsteinian relativity and his theory connecting gravitation, spacetime geometry, and tensor fields.
Assuming the Earth's surface is approximately inertial with no curvature works just fine using vector calculus, point mechanics, and the relativity of Newton and Galileo.

Because ,in case of earth .there is presence of air resistance and also cotton has lots of air gap within it. But at the surface of moon there is no air resistance and if we drop both cotton and apple over there they will reach ground at the same time

Photons are the idea to understand the nature of light .specifically particle nature of light .and meaning of photons is packet of energy which is emmited by source of light .
