Boquete Cottages is a residential rental community located just 2 miles (3.2 kms) from downtown Boquete in a beautiful and secure mountain setting. Our tastefully appointed 1-bedroom cottages are beautifully decorated and fully furnished. Each cottage features a generously equipped kitchen with all appliances, microwave, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, glassware and a reverse osmosis water filtration system to provide pure drinking water. The living area includes an Internet ready smart TV and high speed Internet. A washer/dryer is included in every cottage. The master bedroom includes all bedding and linens and spacious closet.
Each cottages has a large patio or terrace with great views and include outdoor furnishings.
Rents start at $925 per month and include all utilities (electricity, propane gas, water, garbage and Internet connection). Our goal is to make your transition to Boquete as easy and seamless as possible.

Our 1-bedroom cottages start at $900 per month and 2-bedroom cottages are $1200 per month. All cottages are furnished and the rent includes all utilities.

What is the shortest time frame and the average time frame for renters? Also my wife can walk long distances is there affordable transpiration.
Hi Jan. We have a minimum lease period of 6 month. The rental agreement is month to month after the first 6 months. We are located 2 miles from downtown Boquete. Taxis are used by many residents who don’t have cars. Public transportation is not frequent in our area. Thank you for your interest.
how far from Bouquet Country club equestrian center. want to put my horse there when I move.
Hi Alice. Our property is 2 miles from downtown Boquete or a 5 minute drive. Boquete Country Club is another 15-minute drive from Boquete. So, realistically, it’s about 20-minutes away. I hope that helps.

Your cottages look appealing, yet I am concerned about mold in dwellings in the Boquete area. How do you prevent the cottages from becoming hosts to mold?
All of the cottages include dehumidifiers and they are used to control humidity and prevent mold from forming.

$925 it says in the info section...starting!!! so basically USA prices! PASS! HARD PASS! you can find something for literally half that!
Kind of funny how that “small” detail is missing. Usually when someone omits the price, it’s because it’s overpriced or expensive .
