And it was a pleasure to listen to the spiritual story how Wendy became president Nelson’s wife, to be his second wife, to help him and be there for him together with his children. And family.. a worthy woman alongside a worthy man. Can’t get better than that 💕💁‍♀️

So amazing the way her wife, Wendy supports him when he's giving his speech by giving him the cue "as a doctor" such a small thing yet important.

When are they going to put a temple in Iraq and Syria. Honest question.

I'll take a stab at this. The honest answer is that only God knows. Having said that, there have to be enough members of the church in a country or area to consider building a temple there. My personal feeling is that it will happen someday.

@@19sman74 The real answer is because they are too afraid. They see all the attacks on the Catholic and Orthodox churches and they are not willing to send their kids their. The original Apostles were not scared.

Sergio Morales I would say - never. There will never be a Temple in either of those countries.

@@BenMcrea61 will they ever send missionaries there? They need to spread the gospel to all nations

Well you can never tell what might happen because The prophet Mohammed in the early recites of the Quran mentions Jesus christ (Peace be upon him) ( Isa) the prophet as the True messenger of Allah.
He refers to Jesus in 93 verses and mentions him 187 times indirectly.
In fact by reference he is the most mentioned person in all the Quran.
So it can be read and understood by the faithful and the Prophet Mohammed was indeed faithful.

This is a false prophet. Jesus is the living prophet who leads us by his Holy Spirt. Believe Jesus died for your sins. Let God be God.

Jesus is the head of the church. It's The Church of JESUS CHRIST of Latter-Day Saints. President Nelson does not profess to replace Jesus, but just merely a tool in His hands. Jesus is the Son of God. He is the LIVING head of the church whom we worship who leads through the Holy Spirit. We do not worship Joseph Smith or Russell Nelson or any other prophet for that matter, just respect them.
