I sure do miss my ace 100 Hodaka I don’t know where it went or how I sold it to r gave it to way way back in the 70 s or 80 s I love these ol bikes thanks BigAl California.

A few questions please
1 what is the stuff applied to the nut threads ?
2 are those nuts standard coupling nuts ?
3. 110 in lbs torque , is that the same on super combat heads ?

Hi Thirdstone, just a dab of oil is applied to the threads.
Not sure about the head bolts, just the OEM bolts.
Spec for Super Combat head bolts are 170 inch pounds.
