So if the one bedroom unit costs 11,500 Thai Baht (£247,00 ) what sort of rental income could it achieve on airbnb or whatever digital platform . Would be curious to know . Is it allowed to rent your apartment short term and are there agencies that could take care of it for you ….. what cut would they take ?
Could be a very smart little numbers game if it stacked up and the plus being that you have your fancy apartment in Bangkok to use whenever you want ….. between tenants . Any thoughts …..
