The brisket looked a little dry. And when you took the first bite it looked chewy. Not every one can cook a good brisket. You alot more generous with the rating that I probably would've been. It was a good review brother, keep them coming. Enjoyed it. 👍 The same thing happened to with the waiting. No one told me my food was sitting there for 20 min. Guess they're not used to seeing me at the Pig cause Angie always goes up there.
Yea I was a bit generous with the rating. Going forward I may be a little bit more harsher. I may have to turn off the filter on my brain and really give my total honest review 😅

Waiting is a part of buying bbq from people with real smokers something you will get it quick sometimes it will be a wait… sounds like he might have missed when they called him
