U can clean tea filter in a even more easy way . Just use tooth brush and dishwashing liquid or soap . In case of heavy dirt just put the filter in detergent water for 10 mins. It'll be very clean.

Oil containers can be cleaned in the same manner as you said for non stick pan -rub with tissue paper .all oil will go off then wash as usual
