  • Horizontal aid climbing is a technique commonly used to allow traversing the underside of a structure such as a roof or a bridge while in suspension. Anchors may be fixed but more often we use moveable anchors such as slings. This video will demonstrate how to use both sliding and fixed anchor points to perform this maneuver.
    This RIG video series covers exercises and skills required for both IRATA and SPRAT Level 1 certification. All techniques and exercises should be practiced under the supervision of a certified trainer.
