John, love your boat set up, what bait are you using mate and what rig/line are you using, this is one of the best fishing video on the GC

Hey mate,
I only use Cribb Island blood worms when fishing for whiting. 6lb line, usually a number 6 or number 4 hook. I use a number 5 sinker but the lighter the better and about a 4 to 5 foot trace.

Yes - I dig them out at Wynnum along the foreshore. There is a video that I have posted about digging the worms.
There are lots of areas at Wynnum where you can dig and there are also designated areas that are banned. Check the map prior to digging. You can also Google how to dig Cribb Island worms for more information.

I use a number 5 sinker - with a long trace - 4 to 6 foot - hooks are either a 4 or 6 short shank

Wego fishing at logan River we go up on that corner were you can go left into the Albert or right past the golf course we get nice sized brim flathead blubu lips and jew fish
