Beautiful content as usual mate. What brand and model kyak is it you use for these trips? Looking at upgrading mine and want the higher seat set and compatible for centre electric

John is using a Feel Free Lure 11.5 ft Kayak, it's an older model and they don't make them with that through section anymore for the mod John did with his electric motor and it was only the Lure model that had it. Also the Gravity Seat is only suitable for the Lure Model I believe. I bought the Moken Model which is narrower and I don't think the Gravity Seat will fit although I did ask John if he could measure the width of his seat so I could check but he hasn't got back to me on that one.
He has a few vids out on his channel that run you through his Kayak, this one is fairly recent and there is an older one.

You may find one for sale on Gumtree or similar but if you can't find one I would suggest looking at the new range from Old Town Kayaks. oldtowncanoe.johnsonoutdoors.com/kayaks/fishing?jo-page=2
Old Town have two new models (Sportsman Autopilot 120 & 136) that are perfect for John's style of fishing, they're not cheap but come with a purpose built Minn Kota electric motor which has spot lock and a whole lot of other great features.

Hi Phillip, the rod is an Ian Miller Bass Raider 5’10 3-5kg. The line is 20lb braid and fluro ;) thanks for tuning in mate. Hope that helps
