I've enjoyed observing how you bring new life to a sleepy Brougham. This one has a long life ahead of it. Remarkable how it almost looks new!

I normally love my cars(especially Cadillacs) to be 100% original/stock. But I have to admit that i love what the seller did with the pin stripe. The Gold color over the original white classes up this Brougham in such a sutle but elegant way. I would have never thought to use that color but kudos for how it came out. Just a beautiful color combination.

What a beautiful car. If my investments weren’t so in question these days, I’d consider buying it.
You should be doing voice overs for television, movies, or radio. You definitely have the voice for it.

Thanks for rescuing CLASSIC Cadillacs like these! And thanks for this trip down memory lane. Had an 89 Brougham deElegance with plush velvet interior 👌. 🏆. Never should have let it go. Appreciate you giving price on video! Age and health rule me out. Price is more than fair. You likely already have sold it. Hopefully it will go to someone who will treasure it. 🏆 ✌

Beautiful Brougham, i used to own an '88 brougham black with silver leather interior. i hated they removed the classy wreath from the emblem on todays Cadillacs.

Wow. It must be hard parting ways with these after you get them looking this good. Best of luck with the sale.

P.S. In an extremely bad snow storm, my 89 was only car in neighborhood that could make it through. Some believe this engine was underpowered. But for me, there was more than enough power!

The 307 olds 140hp was a turd motor slapped out to meet EPA numbers. Why do you think this like most failed and replaced in under 30k or had other major engine work...

No, the 307 engines were very reliable. Underpowered by today’s standards, but you have to look at it in the proper context of it’s time.

@@southerncadman7066 The 350 was a much better motor for the vehicle. The 5.7 l is what gave them the reliability that was missing with the 307.

I agree. Unfortunately, the 350 was not an option until 1990.

you dont know what youre talking about..its underpowered by todays standards, but it was the torque to move that car, that it had...most cars from that era had low hp numbers not just this one...

At least it’s not the HT4100, that was a total turd. The 307 was much more reliable though I can’t understand why Cadillac went back to carburetors, they should have put their fuel injection on a Chevy 305 from the beginning.
