Backstory:
I was doing an open house for a home up the street from this property. The owner of this home comes in and says, "wow, you really do such a nice job out here". And that she has seen my sales before and that I always get the best dollar. She asked me about staging, she asked me how I think her home might compare to this one, etc.
As you can see, I listed and went under contract. We are closing soon!
Side note to the back story:
While doing the open house (the one up the street that landed this listing) I was able to help out another agent to welcome their clients in, give them a tour and answer any and all questions about the community and home which really helped the buyers visualize themselves in it.
For me, it's about being a source of information, experience and solutions!
