4 No. Pin is for Reset, and With this 555 IC you can reset the power directly..
@@WBHacker What if I connect the Pin 4 directly to 12V supply and whenever the supply is off, the circuit will get reset

Volume Resister is different type, 10k in diagram and you take 100k.
