Some details of Raga Piloo, and the notes being played shown on the scale should have shown on the screen! However, it is a great East meets West concept, Kudos.
This is a real delight. The immaculate playing has a lovely and easy grace; in fact I actually prefer Tomescu's interpretation to Menuhin's (which I have been listening to and and off since it was recorded 50 years ago); to my ears, Tomescu's is more natural, instinctive, unforced, and सहज than Menuhin's, which has always struck me as a little strained and tense.
