Hey man cool to see you play more of a traditional burn list. I often play a league here and there with traditional burn list. I know that person 5-0ed last week with this deck, but I have a few notes as this is the deck I have most of my trophies with. Needle drop is an awful card. About impulse effects, burn grinds with math and redundancy, often times card draw slows you down and water down the deck. Ofc there are scenarios where card draw feels amazing, but on average, you want your every card to deal dmg. Ghitu Lavarunner is fine, but I think the underrated 1 drop is Sawblade Scamp, in my tests scamp deals 3.5 dmg on average, which can not be said for lavarunner, especially in board heavy meta. Although I understand that this list was optimized to fight kuldotha, so there is some blocking value that lavarunner provides. Searing blaze is not that amazing without untapped land fetches, especially in a meta where glee is a thing. I would much rather have good old Incinerate in its place, and a Searing Blaze as a sideboard spot, because in matchups where it is good, it is amazing. Decks biggest problem is the existence of WTS. Card advantage that card creates is immense. There are ways to play around it, but it is most of the time not up to the burn pilot.
@@kalikaiz Mhmm, I guess you are right. Maybe we could put Fiery Temper or Distemper of the Blood to balance it out, but then we start becoming a madness deck instead of pure burn, right?
Kinda borked game 1 recording but we ended up getting trounced by monarch

The old trusty.😅
Whenever we brew or try a new deck and run it in our gauntlerlt. We always play them against this deck.
one does not simply play pauper without being able to beat burn XD
@@kalikaiz Except, you know, the ones here that couldn't XD
How about Grab the Prize instead of Wrenn's Resolve?
