You can do it any time except winter. Though spring is the best time. I have many adeniums. I do everything myself. So I can`t finish doing every thing in spring. So I have to do it now and almost with good result.

How much water, how often? Full sun?

Full water so that some water leaches from drainage holes. It dissolves the salt built in the root zone. Water when top 1/2 inch soil feels dry ( Caution : your soil must be well draining). Full sun.

Garden soil (1) + Coarse sand (1) + coco peat (1) + some neem cake and bone meal
