Is the 2023 Titleist Pro V1x BETTER?

I got to test the new Titleist Proto 348 golf ball - this looks to be the successor of the current Pro V1x. Is it any better for us mere mortals?

Would be nice to see you in your simulator hitting maybe 20 shots with each ball and then do a distance and spin comparison. I mean a lot of it depends on your personal ball striking ability as to what kind of ball is best for you. I don't get the distance with the Prov1x at baseline but my swing speeds aren't ideal for that kind of ball.

Indeed. That was the plan. I ended up getting sick this week so haven't been able to do it yet, but likely a future video.

Just finished testing these myself. LOVED these balls. Had numerous PB drives, shot multiple 9's with a score of 40. Great flight, and putted very well with them.

I’m now using the Oncore Vero X1
Tested them against Pro V, and Calloway Chrome Soft.
Better results with the Oncores.
I can tell when I hit the Oncores, smooth and the feel is something else.
They have the X2 now. It’s for 110 mph club speeds. I can get there but not on a consistent basis.
Had to order them on line, as Canada doesn’t sell them.

It will be too expensive for Moi, i will stick with my AD333, Snell and Spectra (which is hard to find cheap anymore)

Pro V1X is probably Titleist best ball. Just hate the 50.00 price tag.
