Why was it so bad for you? For me, the elevators, always a few that is not working, the swimming pool area is a missed oportunity with no places to sit, and with allowing people to jump and splash water everywhere so one can not sit poolside and work.
Location is good, though, if you want to enjoy the nightlife in Cebu.
