the figure is the little prince from the novel by the same name by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry :) the place where he sits with the fox is supposed to be one of the best photo spots which is why people line up there.
Great video of the Santorini of South Korea. They sure have a great variety of paint and roof colors on those homes. One thing that is interesting is that on some homes the paint on the home and the color of the Steel roof are exactly the same. One good thing about having hills is that it helps getting better views along the way.
