Man oh Man the loaders are PUSHING that snow no problem!!! I can tell you 100% truth in honesty I had Thoma one time & a close friend another time have their plow controls go down. I disconnected the plugs, blew onto the connections & they were back up & running both times LOL!!! Hoping all is well guys, Dirty Jersey out!!
Need to ask you a question And the question is how do you bid on those huge commercial properties , when you bid on your Properties is it Base on hourly rate For each equipment on a commercial property. ? 👍
Many years of developing spreadsheets. But the basics are based on hourly rates per equipment/manpower and multiplying that by how long I think it will take to clear based on how many inches. Then calculate how much salt to be used and multiply that by a per ton number to get a per app charge.
I wish I had a XCMG dealer near me only options for wheel loaders are Cat. Please do a full review of your loaders and if your comfortable a price comparison to the big guys.
That stinks. Cats a great machine but we are loving the xcmg and for significantly less cost. I wi be doing a review but I wanted a few storms of performance first for a honest review.
Was this the video from Monday into Tuesday of last week? I think we (delaware/sepa got about 2” out of that storm and it still kick our butts. Out of 5 trucks only 2 of them ran because the others broke down. On top of being down 3 trucks the shift cable broke on my truck so we went down to one plow/salt truck and one salt truck. Then they were still down for the Friday into Saturday storm when we got hit with 6” and still only two trucks. Who’s your dealer for those loaders? We want to get away from trucks and are looking at options for next year. More than likely will end up doing winter leases for a few years.
@@SnowBoss I am and will do. Also yes last week 1/15-1/21 was horrible. My truck was 500 tow and repair, one truck had a coolant leak and blower motor go out got it to the shop and found the transmission to be shot also, our big truck (f550) decided to spray oil everywhere, suspension problems with two other trucks. Lots over billable hours and sadly most of it is going right back out the door to repairs. As they say you gotta spend it to make it right?
Very nice video do you use any additives in your brine. I have done alot of research about the xcmg loaders and going to look at them for my business soon
That’s some good quality recording love that camera look
Great team and videos. Also a boss that knows how to give his employees the right equipment for the job. Wish I lived closer !!
Thank you. You will never be successful without the proper tools for the job and good operator to run it, plain and simple.
Awesome footage, that was one fun night pushing actual snow
Thanks Boss. It was a good night.
Your video quality is absolutely insane. Nice work!!
Thank you!

This video was shot from the storm on Sat Jan 6th. Sounds like you had a rough week last week. Are you on Instagram? Dm me there.

Keep smiling buddy do you see the difference between pre salting and last year without pre liquid do the new liquid trucks have plows
Thanks. Yes there is a difference as coverage is better and liquid gets into the pours better. All the trucks have plows.
👍👍👍👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐😜
