How typical of Cleopatra....to be the last Queen of Egypt, to be written and talked about for thousands of years, to have movies made about her, and then they find her tomb with all of her "goodies" still inside. That it was never robbed. (well, until we find it...) That would be amazing!!! :)

The Seleucids that ruled from Syria to Persia were also endogamous ethnic Greeks. Egyptian born Greeks marrying Babylonian born Greeks still makes you Greek.
By the way, there are thousands of Nubians that have been born, raised and buried in Egypt, yet they rightfully identify as Nubians, not Egyptians.
@@dr.banoub9233 Her roots are Greek and IRANIAN. But she remains Egyptian since that is where she was born and bred, where she ruled and where she died. You cannot change that either. There are a lot of spectacular Egyptian queens that were there WAY before Cleo, such as Sobekneferu, Hatshepsut and Nefertiti for instance. But Cleo still remains Egyptian. She considered herself Egyptian.
The greatness of ancient Egyptian monuments is so unimaginable for modern humans that they really have no choice but to argue for extraterrestrial intervention.
It’s annoying that archaeologists present their assumptions as facts. Why not just say “this is our best guess”?
They like rewriting history based on their a biases.
A nutcase of a researcher.
Because they are not guessing nor assuming. They are stating facts
They are trying and doing at their best I give them alot of props it's not easy but they are trying it's amazing I love Egypt ❤️
The more they have confidence the more the viewers expecting they are close to what they are finding.... They had to act they confirmed at something rather than doubt or guess
Is there a part 2? Its killing me! Amazing woman and team!
To learn is an adventure, thanks for the journey✌😉
Finally, an update after years! I'm rooting for you, Kathleen. Go and find the Queen!
Thank you very much, National Geographic. We look forward for the next episode and hopefully it would be Cleo. ❤️
This is from 2019, there was nothing in the cavity.
😅
I am just a child so this is insparational to me because i believe in egypt history ❤❤❤ I want more!❤❤❤❤
Kathleen literally inspires me to do archeology and medicine ❤✨
I love Kathleen so darn much. She gave up being a lawyer to follow her dreams and now she's here!!
Wow! Absolutely very interesting videos. Lots of knowledge by watching this video.
great documentary. I hope she finds it!!
I hope Nat Geo will do a Next documentary "The lost tomb of Alexander".
It's been done, and they didn't find anything either. I'm noticing a rash of "In Search Of" type documentaries lately that all come back empty-handed.
I remember when I was young, in the late 50s and early 60s, there was a Saturday morning series about Isis. It was one of my favorites. It got me interested in Egyptology. I can't remember who starred in it, but she was beautiful.
Just imagine if and when Cleopatra's and Alexanders tomb is found! this could rewrite history!.
What a find and a special day it will be when Cleopatra and Marc Antony are finally found!
I always ♥ this channel
We're glad you're here!♥
I hope that Cleopatra's tomb be found in my lifetime. 🙏 that would surely be monumental.
Just can't wait for the next season. So exciting.
One of the greatest empires in Africa, love to see it
SubSaharan africans share nothing in common with ancient Egypt.
I'll definitely watch this after the finals
GOOD LUCK!!
Yeah me too here after the finals 😎
Seeing Someone From The Caribbean Region...Is Amazing. Enjoying From The Caribbean 🇻🇨

Keep it up with the New technology, hopefully the whole world understand the true story of Cleopatra, We need some sciencetist like Kathleen in Malaysia 🤗🌹💖🙏👲
the more I watch these series the more I become fascinated
I love learing Egyptian history and megaliticum..
I was born on Cleopatra day on a Polish calendar. Even though I am not polish. But I found it out from a friend. And I have always been interested in anything Egyptian especially Cleopatra. I hope that the Dominican archeologist will find Cleopatra and if she will be on a tour or just in the Museum I would love to see it or just to be near her
I want to thank you National Geographic for sharing with us about the topic,Cleopatra's Lost Tomb (Full Episode) | Lost Treasures of Egypt. We all need to unite together and take back our DIVINE MOTHERLAND, Seek "MA'AT" in your lives people worldwide and strive for "DIVINE ORDER" and you will be on the path of knowing your true "DIVINE FUNCTION in CREATION" AFURAKA POWER FOREVER 🌎🇬🇭✊🤴👸💪🥇✌🙌

I'm so excited to see what's inside for the queen. Even there is some treasures
AWSIOME YOU MADE ME A FAN OFTHIS TYPE STUFF
Oh my gosh I love archeology
GREAT FIND HOPE WE CAN FIND THE GREAT TOMB OF CLEOPATRA THE GREATEST MIMING OF OY TIME
I have loved history since I was five and devoured 2-3 full sets of encyclopedias by the time I was around 12. My first recollection of archeology was about the Incas and the mummified girl. I was hooked and that has always been my not so secret bucket list career. Maybe it’s not too late with my photography and cataloging skills to someday do a volunteer project. Is there an age limit?
Cool
Maybe there is , but, desire plus skills equals passion 🙌🏼 and that goes a long way in making yourself valuable to any project. Ask them.
What a wonderful journey. A professional team with high determination. Love these types of documentaries.🥰
But why they don't wear protective equipment when approaching ancient things (like anti-toxic masks, gloves...)??
I really love learning about this civilization
SAYA.. DARI PT. HALMAHERA MALUKU MINING COMPANY. LTD.. SANGAT SALUT DENGAN PENELITIAN.. DALAM BIDANG.. KEBUDAYAAN DAN KEPURBAKALAAN.. DI KERAJAAN MESIR... SANGAT FANTASTIS... DAN MENGAGUMKAN... SEKIAN DAN TERIMAKASIH...!!
How typical of Cleopatra....to be the last Queen of Egypt, to be written and talked about for thousands of years, to have movies made about her, and then they find her tomb with all of her "goodies" still inside. That it was never robbed. (well, until we find it...) That would be amazing!!! :)
right? lol she is always one step ahead
@@JMcCarthyworld how?
I love this documentary.
❤❤
I am fascinated about history... But never entertained by the idea of disturbing the deceased 😢
i feel bad for the mummies that were found
I can see the determine and love from Kathleen's eyes. And will do anything just to find Cleopatra's tomb even though it was dangerous mission. I can feel her excitement, I also wanted to explore it too ❤❤❤
I doubt that Octavian would've allowed any kind of monument be built to either Cleopatra or Marc Antony...he did not want them to become martyrs!!
Or, her own people saw her as a traitor and a loser. In which case why would they want to glorify her? Had she not left Egypt for a couple of tears to stay in Rome with her first born and only returned when her married lover JC, was assassinated?
I can’t wait. Excited for this
Excited to be Dominican 🇩🇴 can't wait for Dr. Martinez to find the tomb
I’m more excited and proud to be Egyptian.
