"Its been almost a year since i started my journey into time-lapse photography. This project has been an ongoing process for about 4 months. There was a lot of trial and error, there were also many sleepless nights in many different unexpected places. This film has taught me about patience and what it really takes to achieve the shot that you dream about in your head. The gear isn't as important as the passion you put within your work.
This short video is called EXISTENCE. The video is a statement not only about time and progression, but also a statement about the world we have created for ourselves. The videos contrasts the two extremes of life itself. The urban metropolis and the beauty outside the city. I love to stargaze, watching the milky way float across the sky is one of the most therapeutic experiences i have felt. If you havent, then i strongly recommend taking the time to do so." - Michael Shainblum

It's kind of spine tingling. You manage to capture just how awesome the world is. You deserve some kind of higher priase than what I can give in this comment box!

This touched me and made me feel so much inside. The timong of my seeing this is actually eerie since i have been struggling to see the beauty around me not only in humans but in our planet itself. Thank you for bringing me back from a dark place.

What a rad video. It's so beautiful to see where I grew up, my stomping grounds in this light. I left the bay area cuz things got shitty and grimey but in these times lapse clips, I was reminded of the profound sense of wonder and awe that shaped my young mind, and something I had lost... lor forgotten. Thank you for reminding me. Much love to the central coast, big sur, Santa Cruz, sf, all of it...it will ALWAYS be home, no matter how far I go or how long I'm gone. Part of me lives there still, just like my wide eyes renegade self in my early years 💘🌄

For an aviation lover like me, this video is wonderful because it mixes aviation with the beauty of nature and landscapes created by human hands. My mind travel like that airplanes in these several takes. I love this song and I like to hear it during flights in a rainy days.
