- Immanuel was written using my favorite melodic content from "Carol of the Bells" and "Veni Veni - O Come O Come Emmanuel." Though originally released in 2015, Stephen Proctor gave a stunning and breathtaking visual interpretation of it that I thought deserved its own short film. It's mesmerizing.
This song was simply personal piece of music in 2015 - I took an entire month and had fun without thinking much of a public response, but then the Ambient Music channel stole it by uploading it without my permission and it picked up 6 million hits...clearly people love Christmas music as much as I do. This led me to think more deeply about the possibility of an entire album of Christmas music interpreted in this vein.

This song has enriched my relationship with the Lord because of the beautiful heavenly sounds and frequencies that is truly come from heaven. This song is a representation of the beauty of what God has done for us. The Power to save us, that's what the Gospel of Jesus is, and the Only Way to save us is by God becoming a man, becoming a lower creation as a man in the person of Jesus Christ. I was a 12 year old kid, dealing with a family separation, escaped a rough housing situation, lost family, lost friends etc, but you Tony. Oh jeez. I dunno what it was, maybe the picture, maybe the name, I dunno, I just clicked. And I've been here since. In fact my TH-cam red had at least 1000 hours of your music played. Number one song.. Immanuel. No im not really saying I'm obsessed, maybe i am but it's more like I'm obsessed with the effects of the trance this song induces. Love, anxiety, hope, sorrow, it's all there. Inescapable. Even so in this song. The highs the lows the transcendent glory of this song remains unmatched. Unfathomable. Until recent events in the world, this was my favorite song that I listened to on the plane. Flight, night, clouds, and you .. Now this music continues to be one of my favorites, I can imagine how I used to fly on airplanes and remember the landscapes of dawn in the clouds. What this speaks to me is that we all have free will to be who we want, do what we want, and act how we please. But there's a divine standard that if we align ourselves with, we can start to actually represent the Father of Lights, God. When I had some anxiety issues due to a bad injury and daily pain, I'd play this song, sit in a hot bath and just let it all go. It really does pull you to a place of relaxation and hope. Now I'm fully recovered, I play it and other of your songs in the morning, keeps the kids calm and awakens me to the day, especially in the crazy world we're all witnessing these days!
